I was at the Roosevelt Hotel on Halloween where Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were and we were leaving the same time they were. Paris was really drunk and I saw her drop her phone several times as she was walking to her car. We saw Doug and his friends get in the car and Paris was yelling at him and she was completely trashed but nothing else happened and then they drove away.
