Stepping out for a fun-filled evening, Whitney Port was speckled during Us Weekly’s twenty-five Most Stylish New Yorkers jubilee final night (September 16).

The “City” cutie looked poetic as she arrived during Avenue, sporting a halter-style graphite-colored minidress teamed with a span of black ankle foot heels.
